I agree. We should not entirely blame the government body for everything. As a citizen, we are equally responsible.
Every Mumbaiya is a fighter, and a great citizen. When the moment arises, the city has united and has always given joint effort to support the Nation and other states.
This is one of the largest cities of the world, and the best people live here. People, who has the courage to face all odds, and still move ahead in life. Mumbai has yet again proved that it is a stand alone city, and can survive on its own. The Mumbaikars make the city proud by showing their courage, aid, and unity.
Mumbai rocks! It sets an example for other nations and cities. I am proud to be a Mumbaiya.
