See for this prob i would say the govt is responsible, friends in media i saw the BCC comissioner answers the water flow is more than expected , what is that he mean to say, not all the time just looting the money let them do the needul to the people. it cant be digested people stuck in rain for hrs togather. Very sympathetic, Arey they politicicans and govt has gone rubbish and old.
it is all the politicians mistakes and recklessness in handling the public problems. they ignore ignore and ignore and ultimately speak out negotiable words to satify how far this can be reckoned.
Cant help the poor people under the hands of such hastly rulers
