Dear Sir, The majority of indian police men are not trained as protector of the society but as licenced khakhi wardi free person as goon to harrese common person and exploit the situation. There is no training nor norms for their fittness etc. Kind regards, Amla

How to blackmail a person.
How to rape women.
How to fix the haftas.
The khakhi on many occasions is worse than even the most dreaded goondas.
The goondagiri in khakhi vardee is just limitless, right from the position of the Commissioner percolating to the havaldar and even the servants/sweepers in that department and chowkies.
The only guys whom they would listen and salute are the politicians in power, be they safed topi, saffron, leftists or rightists.
And we all know how dirty these politicians are.
On occasions they could prove themselves worse than the khakhi.
In Bharat Varsh, an average Bharatiya has nothing but contempt for the khakhi.
