Does anyone here think we should have more intellectual politicians representing India? Would having a minimal educational qualification to be a MP or MLA help improve India's image in the long run?

i think the eligibility of an MLA or MP should be revised.a proper educational qualification should be there for any MLA OR MP.educated youth today are doing well in politics in comparison to ministers who are less qualified but experienced.
