IAEA Nose in our Nuclear Programme!
by Dharmendra Goel on Jul 23, 2005 07:04 AM   Permalink

Pkl. Saturday , the 23rd July 2005.
Without being a cassandra and seeing a curse when redoubtable administrator and knowledgeable diplomat
Sreenivasan sees great prospects in recent US willingness-
to give us some terms for badly impaired Nuclear Tarapore Reactor for want of fuel as earlier Indians were not letting IAEA monitor our Reactors for misdemeanors, I am not so rosy as the expert diplomat,
here.Reasons are following three:-
1. US insists on trading inspection for N. Fuel.
2. Despite AQKhan's proverbial hawking Nuclear designs for Uranium isotopes enrichment tech. pakistan remains darling of US Patrons parity to us in Us reckonings .
3.Lastly, it reveals that in our Nuclear technologies nothing gets done unless Uncle Sam permits us to import vital fuel and equipts. ,despite Kalam's and others claims that we are on our own.D. Goel
