the BMIC poject is betryal of Nation.
The Karnataka high court cleared the project that excess land was required for profit of NICE. Now it is ridiculous that Supreme Court has cleared the project on basis of Public Interest. Even if the project had some Public interest what is need to take hasty decision and why excess land should be handed to some one just because some Public interest is invloved. Why did the Supreme Court stop with 20,00 acres. It it should have said the 200,000 acres should be given to NICE because infrastructe is needed for Public interest! The State government has every right to change the terms of the project in interest of people and it was extreme case of arbitariness and mala fide on part of suprme court to clear a private project for private profit under garb of prublic interest. The Supreme Court failed to obsevre that the project itself was arbitary and a gift for NICe. if for developing 200 km 20,000 acres are handed out then for devloping 100000 KM of Indian road 2,00, 00,000(2 crore) acres would be required or more than half of india should be gifted of to investors. Already there is fight for cauvery waters. MIC will agravate the problem
