proposed shadow government
by rumy dastoor on Jan 20, 2005 08:28 PM   Permalink

Dear Sir/s

This formation of a shadow government to keep a tab/check on the ruling one is welcome but it only shows the politicians cheap way of 'KISSA KURSI KA' having tasted it in the past and CANNOT DO WITHOUT THE CHAIR 'AT ANY COST'.
Who is going to bear the expenses of this shadow govt. albeit the common man only (Mr R K LAXMAN are you listening Sir).
Besides 'becoming/being' a shadow govt. minister do they have all previleges as a normal one? or is it restricted to only for their 'INTERNAL PARTY MATTERS' is the million-dollar question!!!

Otherwise these so-called self-appointed ministers would literally 'throw their weight around' for the heck of it.

if its in a positive way in paper and principle than its a very good step in the right way - but that too is a doubt

thanks
