NASA is not a university for him to "study" there. It is a place to work, like Infosys or Wipro. Please stop giving this bozo anymore publicity. He is a total fraud. Assuming that NASA is a college, why on earth would Oxford university conduct an exam to sponsor students to study at NASA when it's own campus is one of the best in the world. Further, why would it conduct the test in London and not Oxford.
