talks with ulfa are possible only within the frame work of indian constitution.

only reasonable demands can be met.

ulfa should abandon violence and join national mainstream.

otherwise ulfa will be destroyed whether inside india or outside india

only REASONABLE DEMANDS CAN BE MET

A sovereign state should not speak to terrorists, but only to law abiding citizens. A sovereign state should use the full strength of its armed forces and other state machinery for fighting the menace of terrorism. I wonder what is there to speak to these terrorists other than telling them in clear terms to surrender, face jail terms and be rehabilitated.
