What is your point ?

That the Parrikar Government was reduced to a minority is not in doubt. Yet the motion of confidence was deemed to be passed-on what basis ?

If then the goverment asked to seek a trust vote cocks a snook at the Governor by brazenly thwarting the whole process the governor should be a mute spectator?? The governor should ignore the eviction of members from the house and their prevention from participating in proceedings that he had convened to ascertain whether the Chief minister enjoyed majority support? That the Parrikar government had lost support of the majority was self evident. That the Government was buying time and support was also self evident.... AND THE GOVERNOR WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS !?!

Having said this what seems to be Shenoy's case is that the Governor deputed Rane to be his spokesman. And on what authority did Shenoy decide this ? Was he privy to the deputation of Rane by the governor? And what if Rane was speaking to the press as the leader of the combination that had the majority support in the house and not as the Governor's spokesman? Is he preempted from briefing the media on his version of discussions with the governor? Give me a break Shenoy!!
