unconstitutional & bias decision by the Governor of Goa
by ajay on Feb 02, 2005 07:22 PM   Permalink

The Governor of Goa's decision is totally unconstitutional, and "anti-people". His dismississal of BJP Govt. led by Parikar shows how a Congressman can be bias.
The Governor - SC Jamir was the Congress Ex-CM of Nagaland and had two active politicians in the family - brother Sungit Jamir was the State Planning Minister and son Apak Jamira Rajya Sabha MP .

Governor's move is a Clear act being Bias, and indicates his Being a Congressman, and not a Governor.

Mr.Jamir should step own from his post, he does not deserve to hold such a high deganatory post, which he does not deserve to be.
