Yes, its an unhappy birth day! Perhaps the birth day will be celebrated not even by people of U.S. as large number of Americans are also not much happy about the present ineffective roll of U.N. in world matters! Its only Bush and Tony Blair who will celebrate such inauspicious days of U.N. who don't care about humanity! The real fanaticm and irony are that they claim their nations as of real democracy! The entire population of the world should in future celebrate the UN day as a day of sorrow!
