Why does the Writer Intend with this Article.
by Rubina Ansari on Dec 20, 2005 03:19 PM   Permalink

I read the Article, and very neatly quotes and cases have been mentioned showing Hindus as sufferers and others as gainers. The Writer is quoting mostly instances of other countries!! Take the case of Iraq and Afghan, Just one out of a 1000 cases, it was an Indian who was captivated and murdered, But the fact is that in these countries where peace is something people have unheard of, these happen regularly, many Americans, British and many other nationalites have met the same fate. Not because of any discrimination of religion, but because of the unrest there! One out of over a 10,000 cases have been an Indian(I am not saying a Hindu/Muslim/Christian)but an Indian... why not then on Human grounds, write for the sake of thousands of people who have been subjected to these kinds of torture because of these countries like Afgan and Saudi!why particularly Hindus? Then why does not the writer write about those muslims who suffered during the riots in Gujrat.Where does that leave the safety of minorities in their own country!I request the author to be Just and not Biased through the articles. You are using a media that reaches millions of people! You owe a responsibility.Dont iginite a fire.
