when a gas plant could leak and the highest court in the country could not catch up with anderson, how can a deadly reactor be safe and how can the courts pin the safety experts?

India never develops technology to liberates itself from helpless dependence on imports.

What use is the Plutonium incinerator cycle when India has extremely limited production of Plutonium, and is short of it for weapons making, in which it is about fifty times weaker than its sworn, deadly, and aggressively active enemies Pakistan and China ?
