India is a land of hypocracy, where sex is a tobboo subject but umpteem poses of sexual acts can be seen on temple walls. Victorian prudery has taken the place of common sense and open-mindedness. As such, any discussion of AIDS and other STDs will be shunned as being too shameful to even speak about - and thousands die everyday because of this stupidity and hypocracy.
