2nd by the numbers of cases presented 2 govt hospitals etc.what about those people, who r infected & do not tell anyone in fear of discrimination.i know many cases where families lock their family members inside a room if he/she is infected with HIV.Being a doctor, i can say that the way AIDS/HIV has been presented to our community, people are afraid 2 come out and say that they r infected. We need 2 give the real facts out in the villages of Punjab,Haryana,Bihar etc from where truck drivers come to different parts of the country & get infected.World AIDS day was being presented everywhere in the world, even in our country.in delhi, in bombay,in panipat,in amritsar,in jalandhar,in karnal,in hyderabad,in calcutta;but who knew about it in small villages, where there are no prostitutes.but many men are drivers who spend a lots of time out of their homes while they are on a trip and they end up making ileegitimate relatoinships outside and get infected.Who knew in villages where most of the young generation boys are using infected needles from each other while taking drugs..... that is what our target should be.lecturing from a stage or having clinton there is not going 2 help at all.
