Who is responsible

Dr. Singh I just like to know one thing if Senior Congress leader are not responsible for those riots then who is responsible.
Why in twenty years we are not able to punish ths real culprits except few people.
in 1984 it was congress government they was reponsibe for managing law and order in delhi they how come these riots happened
Sir please take some actions do something so that we can again start to trust our government.
Please sir...
