The law in any 'democratic' country holds anyone associated or linked to a crime equally responsible as the one who committed the crime. Just because they were radicalised in UK (or so PM claims) does not absolve him of not abatting terrorism on his soil. The very fact that the terrorists chose to come to Pak signifies that such activities are active, alive and rampant and nothing is being done to abate. What does he say to that? What can a general who supported the 1971 war against India, who saw the Kargil war as a justified step, who overthrew the very authority that amde him a general, who came to power in a coup, who became the prez in a rigged referendum.....what can such a lowlife do except for give yarns?
