I think it's time the Congress-led UPA govt decided to look at not only tainted ministers but also tainted governors and give Buta Singh the BOOT. Unfortunately, "electoral exigencies" have far too clouded Congress's decision-making resulting in total absence of law & order machinery in states like Bihar.
It is high time Congress & UPA decide whether they want Bihar to be state of an otherwise resurgent India, or leave the people of Bihar orphaned. The tacit support of the official central govt machinery to protect a few known vested interests is sure to lead to a hydra-like monster creation which cannot then be controlled.
Let the Congress govt show some patriotic spirit by correcting the situation w/o any further damage to the one of country's supposedly "apolitical" seat.
