There is no point getting into semantics...fact of the matter is that Mumbai needs an proactive, sensitive, and efficient government if it ever wishes to regain its past glory...forget the day-dreams of Shanghai.
The cause of this downfall has been because of inability of the political class to come together on a single platform to solve the city's woes. Instead each waits and wants the opposition party to commit blunders so that they can make political capital out of this non-sensical activity.
The govt of each city has to be driven by its own merits. It is time that Shivsena take the lead and give solutions for the city rather than create empty political rhetoric.
