Sir, The Media has been blaming the State Govt. for inactvity. The city of Mumbai is ruled under the Muncipal Corporation. The blame should be on these corrupt Corporators as well. The garbage conditions are worsen by citizens themselevs not the Govt. educated citizens are also liteering garbages on the road.
