If Rane can intimidate RELIANCE ENERGY with 'arrest' if power supply is not retored within 24 hrs, so can the Govt. of Maharashtra-the CM, Rane and his 'fellow yahoos' be arrested for not being able to drain out the same areas within 24 hrs or failing to restore the 'Train Services' at the same frequency as before the deluge, or for failing in so many other 'Mumbai fronts'........stretching the same logic.
