Mumbai can not be compare with any of other city in developed world. Mumbai has no class at all.

Look at the quality of local train in Mumbai India. Even cattles are being transported well in other countries.

There is no public awareness about using dust bins. They are throwing garbeg whereever they like.

Mumbai is a hell.
