I heard the CM and Mr.R.R.Patil speaking on the television saying its a natural disaster and they could not have anticipated rains on this scale.I say a government is worth the millions of votes if it shows superior sense in precisely these conditions when everyone looks at the government for direction and action.Does the CM mean that the government is useless in times of disaster? I admire the spirit of the Mumbaikars but I also have a complaint.No one can mess up your standard of living until you allow them to do so.If one does not voice their concerns regarding garbage disposal,transportation etc.,the government would obviously be totally unmindful to the Mumbaikars' plight.Nature has provided a rude shock to the Mumbaikars' to wake up and take some action.
