Rain god or that supernatural power has done what government were trying to do (for sure not that much disasture). I personally think it's a perfect time to build Mumbai the greatest city it can be, bacause Iron is hot now. Get rid of all that slums now from Mumbai, work on sanitation and stuff, make it a best and cleanest city in world.
