I am one of the mumbaikar staying in London and helplessly watching the news of floods .After watching the pictures my heart started bleeding
Fortunately everyone from my family is safe but my house in ground floor devastated completed .
I am very surprised that inspite of paying almost 40% of tax of entire country by Mumbai people the central Government and state government is not doing anything to Avoid this kind of Situation .
Blame equally goes to mumbaikar for throwing the Garbage in Gutter and Nallas to Block the way of water.
So I publicly appeal to everyone ( those who read and tell to others ) not to throw Bin bags and Garbage in Nallas and also appeal to Public not to pay tax untill Government act and create Disaster management and funds start flowing to Mumbai
My deep condolence to the family who suffered and lost their loved ones
