Yes I do agree that we ourselves needs to be blamed.
But what we need is co operation from every corner of the city, which definitely includes top corporates, builders, politicians & off course a common citizen to chalk out a wonderful plan to make sure that current situation never recures again.
People should create their own system of desposing off the garbage in such a way that, it does not affect the nature by clogging the water or drainage system.
