Mumbai Rains
by Babaloo khanna on Aug 02, 2005 03:40 PM   Permalink

The rain gods shouldnt be blamed for all the mess.We all are resposible for this tragedy.Following things are notworthy:
As mumbai has no proper planning when it comes to sewage, traffic sense, city planning or social responsibilities.
Our chalta hai attitude cost us so many life.
corrupt burecacy and politicians who are re-elected on regular basis by us.
Do you all think the 500 crores sancationed by prime minister will reach the needy people?
The centre should try to decentralise development of all major cities of india.
Mumbai should rightly get its share of finance and development as mumbai contributes to 60 percent of the nations net revenue.
This rains are just a indication that mumbai is a sitting duck which can be dislodged by any calamity.
i request all the people of mumbai who love this great city to come together and fight for their city and there rights for which we all have contributed by our blood and sweat.
