principally i agree that the present govt failed in thir actions, i want to point out one aspect in all this chaos that is our civic duties, how many of us living in this great city of mumbai follow cleanliness, i have seen people living in big towers and posh areas just throwing out rubbish on the roads, and the nullas, where as these same people when travelling to some foreign land are very careful in throwing trash on the roads or in public places they go in search of trash bin to dispose of the garbbage. second why have the politicians and the human rights allowing the shantis to spring up and protect them from any good actions taken by the ruling govt. thirdly why are the builders given permission and license to carry out their constructions where as there is hardly any free space to breath to the people of mumbai, i am talking of the original mumbaikars, can we as citizen of this great city and nation take initative to educate our self and our immediate neibhour in civic clenliness, stop throwing garbage specially the plastic bags, then we will solve 90% of our problems, lets start together now at this very moment tell our self,our friendsand every one. jai mumbai......
