Why should we blame Mr. Deshmukh alone. It is dirty politics has taken its toll. It is Shiv Sena v/s Congress both. It is municipality administration which failed Deshmukh government. None of the politician, either from MUNICIPALITY OR STATE OR CENTRAL were present, except Mr. Deshmukh. Mr. Deshmukh had the guts to accept his government fault, which none others accepted.
