Well this is a mattter of great concern.All we need transparency,Commitment and proper utilisation of available resourses.We are cutting a very Sorry figure in front of World community.We only dream a Shangai or singapure where are the results.Delayed Projects,red tapism.This incident will also pass off and evrything back to Square one.No Hopes.
