Sir, 1. The article is good. I feel that our metrological dept is to be given advenced equipments for more accurate forcasts.
2. Major railway points where tradionally water gets logged and all suburban railway stations should be given web cams for 24 hours monitoring. Access of these web cams be made to public through internet so that they can get correct and unadulterated feedback and take decisions.
3. same as 2 above for major road inetrsections.
4. Loud speakers shall be provided at major road intersections.
