There is no proper planning in the developement of Bombay city.I t may be there in files, there is however no transperancy while implementing the plan. It further precipitate during actual work at ground level , it helps politians,administrators, and city builders along with mafias.The actual plan is kept aside, the benefiaries enjoy at the cost of public fund and their lives.Mr. Deshmukh is one of them.
