Indian police 'investigators' and 'intelligence' units as a whole, are a bunch of totally useless, inept, bungling, incompetent buffoons. The only way they ever 'learn' anything is either by coincidence or beating the crap out of some poor sod in the hopes of thier confessing or spilling the beans. No wonder so many criminals are 'absconding' for so long in this stinking land run by fools and unprofessional village idiots.
