Dude, do u understand what is apathy? The state of Bihar is in complete anarchy and chaos, and you are prescribing moderation. And rather than reading the article as criticism, can't you see the pain the author is conveying. Infact if possible Lalu should be charged with prolonged genocide. 15 years of genocide, degrading Bihar's law and order to such an extent that it is practically genocide. Lalu is several times worse than Modi, atleast he has achieved a lot of development for his state. So dude, wake up unless you are an RJD member yourself.
