Frustrated and jealous Pakistan, will use these weapons to unleash N-Power on India. There are enough mad Generals in Pakistan who think that, "If We are sinking, we will take Whole of India with us!" And this is a spoken statement from a Pakistani General in early 80es. That's why, US should not have given these weapons to PAK. Also remember, whosoever America has helped has gone against US, the reason is after helping America feels like owning the whole country, and Muslim fanatics can't take that, as no other nationalist would.
