The author has correctly focussed her attention to the core needs of our country. We cannot build a nation when our country is riddled with poverty. A nuclear test will not deliver us. That is why North Korea is still languishing in poverty even with a nuclear bomb; they were isolated by the rest o fthe world including their friend - China.
It is nuclear energy that will boost our economy, not nuclear bomb.
