terrorism becoming as common as a case of theft?
by Jyotink on May 21, 2008 12:07 PM   Permalink

Yes, it is so. The investigating Agencies either donot conduct it properly or political weightage seems to overwiegh the investigations. Once culprits are behind bars and court hearing starts, the learned counsels protect their case and get them released on bails.

Even during court hearings, we must start agitation against Counsels or advocates don't lend their supportive hand to release them from gallows. Our Indian judiciary system should be revamped in such a manner that terroist activities and terrorism should be given priority in judgement and all who indulge in activites, should be publicly punished as Muslim laws suggest, so as that they will think twice before going to such heinous crime.
