Why at all these places terrorists have been unable to spread terror. Why don't government make a study team for thsi difference and try to learn from this to avert terrorist attacks? There are lots of things to learn from these states which may make life easier for rest of India.

Dear Mr. Murali, Terrorists are keeping some areas as their operation Base. They will not do any terrorist activity in the place where they are operating. It doest means that these govts are tackling the terrorism well. These Kerala like states are the base camp of terrorism.

It is a pity when truth is mentioned it is removed saying abuse. Here there are people who are using abusive languages and venomous languages and that remains there. I insist all our countries problems are created by our politicians whether Congress or BJP. And as for Kerala why terrorism is not succeeding is because of the hight literacy rate there and no body can fool them easily. That's the only reason that no party rules here more than one term. BJP tried its best to create a communal division in Kerala but didn't succeed. Here we live shoulder to shoulder weather Hindus, Muslims or Christians. I hope one day every Indian will take it as a model and thwart all the ill motives of politicians.

How dare you can say lt? Becoz you are a muslim you are saying it. As a Hindu, we say it is the Muslim groups like, the PDP and NDF and other 100s of small muslim groups in Kerala is trying to create terror.
As far as literacy is concerned, what crap are you talking about? thats only in the paper not in the minds.
