Tibet shares ancient Indian culture
by BR on Mar 21, 2008 02:12 AM   Permalink

Tinet practices the Indian version of Bouddha Dharma. All our sympathies lie with Tibet.

Anyone can see how China has amassed hordes of soldiers. This behaviour is typical, just like the US.

In all history, Tibetans never attacked China. And Chinese have over time attacked each other and annihilated sections of people, all the way into the 20th century. Ming vs. Ching vs. Manchus vs Hans vs. Hmongs vs. Kuomintag, etc.

What a way to maintain a culture! But Tibetans will survive. The Tibetans struggle for independence against foreign invasion has not been very long, some 40 years, but they will overcome this. The citizenry that were suppressed brutally, lost their courage, but a newer generation will bring vigour and independence.

Until then the Dalai Lama must promote his own successor.
