It is INDIA which is the most corrupt contry in the world not rest of the world, so naturally only a fraction of murders are actually registered, No need to be happy like a FOOL.
Because ultimtely Indians do love to get the hell out of India see the lines in the embassies , everyone wants to escape.

Well It seems the This MR. Annu malik is so frustrated with his country that he has forgot the statistical data which he relies upon.He might want to set in developed countries well he can but still he will called there an Indian as Take example of Jhumpa Lahiri. She teached in Boston university and has American Citizen ship but they still call her Indian not native American so Mr you cant pull this country tag out of you bag completely. This might increase you frustrations more but this is reality..
