These numbers should be percent of total population. US is 1/3 of India in population and Murder rate wise more than 1/3rd of India. So US is number in the list. I'm not sure what kind of intelligence these people put behind publishing such report.

These people count numbers of killings! WHEN ONE LIFE CANT BE GIVEN HOW ONE CAN TAKE A LIFE? BAD EDUCATION MAKES ALL THESE! INDIANS ARE LACKING ANY GOOD OFFICIAL EDUCATION SINCE TWENTIETH CENTURY BEGINNING!WORST EDUCATION WAS RENDERED AFTER INDEPENDENCE!AND TODAY IT IS FREE FOR ALL!EVEN CHINESE ARE INTRUDING IN EDUCATION WITH A CALLOUS COVERNMENT! NEW PEOPLE OF YOUNG BLOOD WILL SOON TAKE OVER!
