No doubt indaia is crime capital. British rule is far better than bloody congress rule. I had ration card in Gurgaon and I cahnged my accommodation to Delhi. I cancelled ration card and aply raion car in deli butone bloody is sitting in pusa road supply office. He asked money for ration card. I did not give him. I complained in ITO office. Assistand commissionar recommend for ration car but still I did not get ration card. This is bloody rule. We did not get I card without money.

Rightly said. But one thing to add. India population is almost 100Crore. So if we take percentage, it is very small. So it wrong to say that India is crime capital. Bloody rediff should be kicked in ass for degrading India name.
