if the above statistics are correct than in india one person is killed from every 34611..
RUSSIA--one in 4913
columbia-one in 1661
south africa-one in 1987
mexico--one in 7860
USA-one in 24045 are killed every year.
But statitics apart the Govt ,judiciary and police mechanism should improve the law and order and justice should prevail otherwise people will always shamelesly compare congress rule to British rule.
