When Shiv sena and MANSE openly declare that they would not allow north indians, whether they be Hindus,to use the land of Maharashtra there is no hue and cry and curfew in any part of India. But when the matter belong to Muslims, all HIndu organization start to burn. Is this Indian democracy?

Kashmir is a part of India but under special clauses... dont equate it with any other part of India... It belongs to Kashmiris first and India later

mr . sniper whom does the place, that you call your home ,belong to .you or your neighbor or the local administrator . kashmir belongs to its people those who have been living there for centuries .. its still considered as a disputed territory internationally and in united nation .. its us kashmiris who have the right to decide the future of kashmir .. and thats what we are fighting for the right of self determination .....

Kashmir's accession to India was decided in 1947. Anyone having a problem with that can leave for Pakistan. Your talk of self determination and that is hogwash. Kashmir is indian territory. Leave for Pakistan if you don't wanna be comfortable with that.The United Nations is a useless organization that hardly matters today. If you talk about living for centuries, then the true inhabitants of the region are the Pandits. And they consider themselves Indian unlike ungrateful folks like your kind.
