commie states are probably the same all over. west bengal has problems, kerala has problems. kerala is good on a few metrics - but thats about the same in progressive states like gujurat or say delhi. there's plenty of corruption there too. so whats karat talking abt ? china has massive poverty and corruption, so does, cuba, russia, etc etc

Kerala same as Gujrat and Delhi. People who can write their names are considered literate only on Kerala. Can you list a few metrics in which Kerala fares better?

even in health status kerala stands ahead, n they don kill their girl child unlike in gujrat, rajastan etc...
