Hehh rohit fooool ohh sorry kewl. One should have goof motive & knowledge on happenings of that state to become a politician. It got nothing to do with speech. He is not going to be party's spokesperson .... He is not in a hurry. He will announce at the right time.

JUST Because a person cant speak for half an hour does that mean he cant administrate. And what makes you think he cant speak?? have you senn him not able o speak?? columnists write columns about politics, does that mean they can run the country very well??
