No king in the World is a good. Even king Ashok was a tyrant, and Tipu Sultan, whom we study in our primary had been projected as big freedom fighter. Actually he was a big idiot who tried to convert most of south india into Islam. That is why he was defeated by the British by the help of the local people.

You are absolutely right. Asoka had to kill 100000 people to realise what he did was wrong and then follows Buddha. What a hypocrite!No king needs to be glorified. They all love power.

Yes Tipu Sultan destroyed so many temples in Kerala. And i heard some politician told tipu sultan was secular. He has looted so many temples in Kerala. All malayalies knows this FACT. And recently i heard Prakash Karat told to give Bangalore AIRPOrt his name. We all can understand what in his mind when he made that statement. Give Abdul Kalam's name we all will accept.
