BY what date will man make a base on the moon and by when do we expect to land man on Mars?

Man Base on Moon......... cant say.

But for landing on Mars, take a hint...

It takes more then 180 days for the fastest rocket to reach Mars... so it means... we need about 1 year of resources in the space for an entire team to survive.
