Its high time for Congress, they can bring back POTO to control but it cannot be stopped completely, unless terrorist/extremist them self realize about the problem whatever they are creating to innocents.

Islam does not mean peace. It means submission or surrender to the will of Allah. And the Quran contains Allah's will. Please read the Quran to understand why terrorism will continue to occur as long as Islam exists.
